Unrounded Punch Report

The "unrounded" punch report is available in order to view the original punch times of employees, that were rounded automatically by the program.

Step 1

The report containing all the original punches, meaning all punches in their "un-rounded" form that were automatically  rounded by the program , is available as an option-setting for a Detailed Report.  Select the Reports link from the Main Menu to access a reports list (see illustration).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 2 From the Reporting menu, the Detail Report contains all punch activity for the pay period and is subject to customization settings that will allow viewing of all the un-rounded punch entries (see illustration). 
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 3 Each designated report will permit assorted customization settings to effectively organize desired information.  To generate a report containing un-rounded times, check the appropriate provided box Unround any rounded times.  Proceed customization process by evaluating each available manipulation and check those needed (see illustration).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 4 Click the Run Report button and the report will be displayed momentarily
